Synopsis

In a post-apocalyptic world, Leo, a pet robot, is looking for friends.

Film commentary: L3.0

The short film gradually reveals why Leo no longer has any friends.
Leo's loneliness, the need to have friends, but also the disappearance of the butterfly and the hopeless ending may require some explanation for younger children.

Animation technique

The technique used for the film is live action with special effects overlay.
The main character, made in 3D, evolves in a real world; the very beautiful first part of the film features a post-apocalyptic Paris and the destroyed monuments are also a mixture of live action and 3D overlay.
