The disgusting Yahoos of the country of Houyhnhnms in Gulliver's Travels
3- The character you would most like to meet?
Monsieur Hulot by director and actor Jacques Tati.
4- The character you would like to reincarnate as (^_^)?
I thought a lot but nothing came to mind. As a child, I never thought about it.
5- The world you would like to live in?
The Library of Babel by Jorge Luis Borges. All the possible books are there.
6- The world you wouldn't want to live in?
Laputa whose inhabitants spend entire days thinking and rethinking things (Gulliver's Travels).
7- What role would you like to play in a work of fiction?
A librarian.
8- Your earliest memory of fiction?
Around the age of 6, The Fall of the House of Usher (1839), fantastic short story written by Edgar Allan Poe.
9- Your favorite word?
I don't like to rely on words, but I like to remember this 17th century poem by Angelus Silesius: "The rose is without why; it blooms because it blooms"... "Die Rose ist ohne warum, sie blühet weil sie blühet"...
10- Music you would like to listen to now?
Baroque music.
