The films of Walt Disney and Hayao Miyazaki are very often masterpieces, but their graphic universes are very classical. With this film portal, we wanted to showcase more original films that are not usually offered.

We are far from blockbusters that tend to look alike. The films of Norman McLaren are a very good example, but also more recent films like the one by Emma Vakarélova: Avant que je devienne une île.

Films that are not often offered to children

The choices are very varied. We present narrative films that place importance on the story, the psychology of characters, but also abstract films that focus on the visual universe, shapes, colors, rhythm.

Learning themes at school

Selecting short films and animated films by theme such as civic education, family relationships, environmental protection, memory, friendship will allow for the creation of film programs appropriate to subjects studied in class.

Choose films based on school curricula

Throughout the school year, short films will become a tool to support activities with students. Our portal allows teachers to choose films based on the objectives and pedagogical programs of the national education system.

Film genres

A classification by genre, such as fantasy films, fairy tale films, comedy films, musical films, abstract films, or science-fiction films, allows for choosing the tone of screening sessions, but also workshops and activities in the classroom.
