There are many, but "George Bailey" in Frank Capra's film "It's a Wonderful Life" (1946) is definitely one of them! I also really like the relationship between Mathilda and Miss Honey in Danny DeVito's film "Mathilda" (1996).
2- The character that scared you the most?
“Chucky” from the movie “Child’s Play” gave me nightmares when I was a child.

It's difficult, but probably the Wizarding World of Harry Potter. I would like to apply to go to Hogwarts! I also really like the seaside town in the movie Kiki the Little Witch.
6- The world you wouldn't want to live in?
Any dystopian world.

We were running down a hallway made of half-built brick walls, up and down stairs and crawl spaces under construction. It was like a maze.

Dragon Ball.

I'm not sure. Does the word “Ramen” count?
