1- About sexual harassment

- How to define sexual harassment?
Sexual harassment is defined as the act of repeatedly imposing on a person comments or behaviors with a sexual connotation which either undermine their dignity because of their degrading or humiliating nature, or create an intimidating, hostile or offensive situation against them. Any form of pressure with the aim of obtaining an act of a sexual nature, even if not repeated, is also considered sexual harassment.
We can address the theme of harassment in general, which consists of a succession of hostile actions aimed at psychologically weakening the person who is the victim. This may involve moral harassment, such as insults or threats, or physical attacks.
Harassment goes against respect for others: it is violence based on relationships of domination and intimidation with serious consequences for the victims.
