Commentary on the film

A magnificent alternation between a comical and colorful 2D universe, worthy of Warner Bros. masterpieces, and a realistic, sad and monotonous 3D universe.

The film begins like a 2D cartoon, with the mad dash of a rabbit chasing his carrot. But very quickly, as in Who Framed Roger Rabbit (Robert Zemeckis, 1988), we discover that this rabbit is in reality a cartoon actor, whose real life is, unfortunately, much less exciting than his hectic chases with his precious carrot.
