Commentary: J'ai tant rêvé de toi (bande-annonce)

This film is part of the collection “Leaving school” produced by Tant Mieux Prod and broadcast on France 3. “Leaving School” is a series of short films aimed at young audiences, aiming to adapt French poems into animation. A first series of films in 2014 offered to discover thirteen poems by Jacques Prévert, a second, Robert Desnos and a third, Guillaume Apollinaire. A new series of films, currently in production, will adapt poems by Paul Éluard. The originality of this wonderful collection is notably that it offers final year students, from different French animation schools, the opportunity to direct the films. Students are free to choose the poem and the animation technique, traditional 2D animation, paper cutouts or even digital 3D. The “Leaving school” collection is a success; all the films and poems are very beautiful. Encourage this wonderful initiative; don't hesitate to buy DVDs for your children, even for the little ones! Watch another film from “Leaving School”: In a Small Boat by director Charlotte Cambon.
