Understand the story and themes, express your feelings and develop critical thinking.

1Who are the two characters that come out of the sewing box?
A sheep and a nesting doll.
2And the character who cries at the beginning of the film?
He's a chick.
3Why is the chick crying?
He has a hole in his coat.
4What shape is the hole?
It's a square.
5Why is the child not satisfied at the beginning?
Because he is offered a circle and a triangle and not a square.
6The nesting doll therefore climbs on the sheep and flies off to help a new person.
7Who is this person?
Specify that the word help at second 40 means “help” or “help me”. She is the queen of ants.
8Why is the ant crying?
It wants to put on shoes but its feet are shaped like tentacles.
9What does the nesting doll do then?
She decides to make braids with the tentacles.
10Why is the giant in the sky sad?
He wishes he could smell the flowers but has no nose.
11The next character is a triangle. What is he missing?
He has no heart.
12What does the nesting doll decide to do?
She sticks a fabric heart on it but it doesn't work; she then decides to give him her true heart.
13What happens then?
A character with a triangle-shaped head appears.
14Why does the doll faint?
She can no longer live without her heart.
15What does the triangle character decide to do?
He goes in search of a new heart and asks for help from the characters that the doll had previously helped. Everyone participates: the giant gives a pinch of stars, the ant a little earth and the chick a few feathers.
16Does this recipe work?
No, because the triangle character didn't yield anything. He then gives his hat and the doll comes back to life.
